As with all our templates, JJ Absolute is full XHTML and CSS Compliant. Special attention is applied to making sure that all our templates only use Semantic Markup, which is highly beneficial for making the content easily recognised for what it is.

Where possible, we have seperated all presentational elements from the core content. This can be seen by viewing the site with images turned off, or css styling turned off. Not only does it make the site load faster, but also keeps the content nice and clean.

Using the excellent Extended Menu module, the template makes use of the Sons of Suckerfish Menu system, to allow for a clean, symantic, drop down menu. Sub menu items (drop downs) can easily be added by adding child menu items in the Main Menu.

If no modules are assigned the "left" module position, the Sidebar will automatically collapse. This is a great feature for those content heavy pages, where you want to give the user an optimal reading area.

Green and Orange Feature Boxes that can be used to promote your various products, services or features on the site. These are both full collapsable and are only shown if they are assigned to the inset module position.

We have taken the awesome Shep Instant Search module, and giving it a bit of our usual flair, making it overlay over the main content area, giving more room for the search results as you type. 

Using pure css, without changing a single line of code in the login module, we have taken the usually bland login module and styled it specifically to blend in with the templates theme.

The same as with the login module, we have taken the standard Joomla Contact Us page and given its some additional styling to make it stand out. To avoid problems with future upgrades, we have stuck to only using css for this page

Easily set in the templates configuration file, you can now choose whether you want to display the default Joomla Credits, or your own Custom Footer Contents.
